Note:
- Some items which are considered heavy or bulky are not eligible for free shipping even if the purchase amount has been fulfilled.
- Additional fees will be stated on the product page itself.
Fulfillment and Delivery
All orders received by:
- Saturday will be packed and dispatched on Monday;
- Tuesday will be packed and dispatched on Thursday
With the exception that:
- Monday or Thursday is a public holiday, orders will be dispatched on the following working day; or
- Orders made are on pre-order basis (kindly refer to corresponding product for ETA)
Once your order is dispatched, the delivery lead time depends on our courier partners. Generally, it takes around 1 to 3 business days for West Malaysia and 3 to 5 business days for East Malaysia.
