Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of item being delivered to customer. Due to the nature of our products, we are only able to cover return or exchange for incorrect item(s) delivered or manufacturer’s defects. Items damaged during the process of delivery are not covered for returns.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the original state you received them (i.e. in the original packaging, not damaged, no missing parts).
We reserve the right to reject any returned item that does not meet the requirements of our return policy. We will not be able to provide a refund or exchange if the item show signs of normal wear and tear (i.e. not in their original packaging, damaged, ripped or stained), or if the item is returned after 14 days of the delivery date.

1. There is defect on my item, can I request for refund?
We carefully check each item before shipping them out, however, it is possible that we may have missed something. Please write to us at hello@petitbubs.com with your proof of purchase and defect pictures.

To return an item for exchange or refund, all shipping cost to Petit Bubs will be borne by the customer. We will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged item(s), please ensure that the item is appropriately packed and shipped with a tracking number.
