🌿 Petit Bubs Refunds & Exchanges Policy
Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds for change-of-mind or mistaken purchases once an order has been confirmed.
We only offer returns or exchanges for:

Manufacturer’s defects
Items damaged during delivery are not eligible for return or refund.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts will not be accepted.
Petit Bubs reserves the right to reject any returned item that does not meet these conditions.

4. Who covers shipping fees for returns or exchanges?
All return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Petit Bubs is not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels during return transit — please ensure all items are securely packed and sent with a tracking number.
