Grapat Dear Universe
Children are like stars in the sky: sometimes too small to see with bare eyes, sometimes hidden behind the clouds, but the ones that bring the light into our sky. Dear Universe, Let’s treat our children the way we treat the stars: admired just the way they are. Let’s overcome benchmarks and norms, let’s stop thinking in boxes, let’s be done with expectations and comparisons. Children are perfect the way they are. Tiny or big, introvert or extrovert, in their own orbit or part of a supercluster. If we stop expecting, we will be surprised. If we stop comparing, we will see with our hearts. If we accept them being them selves, every child will be free. There is no right or wrong.
Dear Universe, Children are miracles that appear when they are ready and that choose how bright they want to shine, choose if they are a blue giant or a red dwarf (or maybe both!). They will surprise you, more than once. They are part of a family, a community, a circle of human beings, like stars are part of constellations. Yet they are themselves, evolving at their own tempo, being different and unexpected. No matter if their heads are full of dreams or if every thought is scientific, no matter the temper or the speed, no matter the origin or the budget, no matter the colour or the language, no matter the gender or the skills, they are all your children. Stargazers, made of stars. Let them shine. Let them be loved the way they need to be loved. Let them be heard, be accompanied, be loved unconditionally.
